L3 Delivery of Conflict Management

Service Description

The level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management is structed over 2 days from 9:00 am until 17:00 pm. To attend this course, you must produce proof of successfully completing a level 3 teaching qualification, without the specific proof you will NOT BE ALLOWED to take the course. Please provide, preferably, photographic ID on day one of your course. It is assumed that you have prior experience of dealing with conflict situations. If you do not feel this is the case, then please request some pre course learning. Achievement of this course is a combination of multiple choice examination and teacher assessment. The assessment includes preparing and delivering a 30 minute microteach on a section of conflict management that will be given to you on the first day of your course.
